We recommend booking your tour 2-3 months in advance for domestic destinations and 3-6 months ahead for international travel. This ensures you get the best prices, preferred hotel selections, and ample time for visa processing if required. During peak holiday seasons such as Christmas, New Year, and summer holidays, booking even earlier is advisable as popular destinations and accommodations fill up quickly. Last-minute bookings may incur surcharges and have limited availability.

Our standard tour packages include accommodation at carefully selected hotels, all transportation within the destination (flights, buses, trains, and transfers), professional tour guides, entrance tickets to attractions mentioned in the itinerary, and selected meals as specified per day (typically breakfast and some dinners). International airfare, visa fees, personal expenses, optional activities, and travel insurance are generally not included unless explicitly stated.
